Nickel - PTFE Composit Coating :

This is an auto calytic deposition process. Here the PTFE particles are co-deposited along with Nickel - Phosphorous alloy deposit. The hardness of the nickel structure is 550 HV which can be raised to 750 HV by heat treatment.

Advantages of Nickel-PTFE Coating :

• Low Friction Coefficient
• Self Lubricating Surface
• No stick / Slip Problems
• Uniform Coating Thickness
• Good Corrosion Resistance
Nickel - PTFE Composit Coating
Applications :
• Clutch Components Pneumatic Equipment Hydraulic Cylinders Fuel System Components
• Transmission Components Plastic Molds Fiber and Yarn Guides Frozen Food Moulds
• Slides, Gears, Tablet Punches, Rubber Moulds
