>> Electroless Nickel Plating <<

Electroless Nickel plating can be applied on most metals like Plain Carbon, High Alloy Steels, Aluminum, Copper & Copper Alloys etc. This process is carried out by auto catalytic process without applying electric current. The deposit has a high corrosion resistance against most of the chemicals. It has also got wear resistance and low coefficient of friction.


 


UNIFORM DEPOSIT
This being a chemical deposition process, it gives uniform Plating thickness , all over,  even if shape of the article is intricate.

HARD DEPOSIT:
The hardness of the Electroless Nickel Deposit is 45 - 50 RC after plating. It can be increased to 65 RC by low temperature baking.
